Victims First Northumbria is an independent and free victim referral service for those that have been victims of crime. Victims First understands everyone’s differing needs and situations and will always give the best possible care and advice.

Victims First Northumbria provides a victim centred service that integrates victim referral capability and the co-ordination of effective and proportionate support based on needs of the individual victims, ensuring: further victimisation is prevented, victims can cope in the aftermath of a crime and can enter long-term recovery and an increase in criminal justice outcomes.
