Northumbria PCC’s response to the Joint Committee on Human Rights Inquiry into the Draft Domestic Violence and Abuse Bill

The Joint Committee on Human Rights sought views on the Draft Domestic Violence and Abuse Bill Scrutiny. In this response, three key areas are highlighted where more is needed to ensure that the draft domestic abuse bill adequately protects the rights of domestic abuse victims.
