Temporary Chief Constable, Dee Collins summary in relation to a complaint against the Chief Constable of Northumbria Police.
Following a complaint by Mrs Sue Sim, the Police & Crime Commissioner for Northumbria requested that Temporary Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police, Mrs Dee Collins, investigate the matters raised by Mrs Sim.

Mrs Collins did not find any information from her investigation that would support the claims made by Mrs Sue Sim that would assist the Appropriate Authority in being able to uphold the complaint. The report concludes that the allegation the Chief Constable was in breach of the Standards of Professional behaviour, namely Duties and Responsibilities and Equality and Diversity are without foundation.
